I have been fishing since I can remember, starting with the proverbial “hazel rod” Over the years my fishing experience has grown, I have caught various species using many different techniques, but when I first caught a catfish, I felt that this is it. Curiosity and willingness to learn more about this fish caused that practically no other species except catfish has mattered to me for 9 years.

Fishing in general as a sport or hobby is wonderful. It offers us a chance to commune with wild nature and relax. Catfishing, on the other hand, allows us to meet one of the biggest predators of freshwater, awakening the hunter's instinct hidden in us. Using various methods and modifications of rigs we can discover this species "anew" with every next trip.
